All projects and/or retainers include a 30-minute bi-weekly meeting, or on an as-needed basis. Studio hours are Monday-Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM PST, or outside these hours by appointment. While we aspire to respond to all text/email communication immediately, it may take up to 48 hours to respond.

The turnaround time for each project depends on availability, project scope, and deliverables. Please allow a minimum turnaround time of 3-4 weeks as we work to maximize the digital marketing and design process.

Once the service contract is signed, invoices will be sent electronically via email. We accept payments in the form of Zelle, Venmo, or bank transfers.
